Policy Requirements:
- Suppliers must abide by requirements prohibiting human rights abuses and unethical practices.
- Commitment to avoiding the use of minerals from conflict-affected and high-risk areas as defined by OECD Due Diligence Guidelines.
- Support for rules ending violence and environmental devastation in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) region.
- Co-operative engagement with customers and supply chain partners regarding conflict materials compliance.
- Failure of a supplier to comply may lead to termination of the business relationship.
