Our Commitment and Expectations:
- Maintain a strong focus on compliance with Australian Employment Laws in our employment practices and supplier selection.
- Ensure all persons working for or with Direct Edge comply with this policy, including directors, employees, and business partners.
- Expect suppliers to operate in full compliance with laws in jurisdictions where goods are sourced or services performed.
- Invest resources to develop appropriate controls and take action if modern slavery is identified within our business or supply chain.
- Terminate relationships with suppliers who knowingly engage in activities associated with modern slavery or human trafficking.
